Net Profits from Operations definition
Net Profits from Operations and “Net Losses from Operations” means, with respect to each Project, the Net Profits and Net Losses that are attributable to the Operations of the Project.
Net Profits from Operations and "Net Losses from Operations" means Net Profits and Net Losses, respectively, of the Company other than Net Profits or Net Losses from Capital Transactions.
