Net Recoveries definition

Net Recoveries means gross Recoveries during any Calendar Quarter minus Reimbursable Expenses during such Calendar Quarter.

Net Recoveries has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(c).

More Definitions of Net Recoveries

Net Recoveries means the Cash actually received by the Litigation Trust on account of the Recovery Rights, less the cost of recovering such Cash, including, without limitation, all attorneys’ fees and costs of litigation associated with such Recovery Rights.
