Net Recovery definition

Net Recovery. Any proceeds received by a Servicer on a delinquent or Charged Off Loan (including any Liquidation Proceeds received on a Charged Off Loan), net of any Servicing Fee, Ancillary Income and any other related expenses.
Net Recovery means any sum received by the Clearing House from or for the account of a defaulter after the issue by the Clearing House of a Rule 26 Certificate in respect of losses arising upon the defaulter’s Default less any amount payable to any insurer or provider of analogous services in respect of any amount due from but not previously paid by the defaulter;
Net Recovery is defined in Section 3.7(f).

  • The amount of any gross Insurance Proceeds and Liquidation Proceeds received with respect to any Mortgage Loan or REO Property minus the amount of any unreimbursed Servicing Advances, unreimbursed Periodic Advances or unpaid Servicing Fees, in each case, with respect to the related Mortgage Loan, are the "Net Recovery Proceeds" with respect to such Mortgage Loan or REO Property.

Net Recovery means the Covered Person’s Recovery less attorney’s fees and court costs incurred in making the Recovery.
Net Recovery means: 1) the total of all amounts received by settlement, arbitration award or judgment, including any award of lawyer’s fees; 2) minus all costs and expenses as set forth in Paragraph 7. Such reimbursement to Alliant must occur within 30 days of any recovery by the Plan or Plan Sponsor. The Plan shall account to Alliant for amounts recovered. These rights and obligations imposed on the Plan and Alliant under this Section shall survive termination of the Policy. If Alliant determines that the Insured has been overpaid due to a claim credit resulting from a coordination of benefit change, a subrogation recovery, audit, or billing or payment error, the Insured will promptly refund such overpayment to Alliant. If this Policy terminates, any reimbursements made for claims paid by the Insured after the termination date will immediately be refunded to Alliant. If the Insured fails to refund any overpayments to Alliant promptly, Alliant reserves the right to obtain such overpayments from future payments due under this Policy. Alliant may terminate this Policy on any Policy Anniversary Date by providing at least 30 days prior written notice to the Insured. The Insured may terminate this Policy on any premium due date by providing at least 30 days prior written notice to Alliant and paying the Minimum Premium for the Policy Year. Net Recovery means the Gross Recovery reduced by the following expenses paid or payable in cash by, or on behalf of, the Payee, to the extent the Plan in its discretion determines them to be necessary to obtain the Gross Recovery, and reasonable in amount:
