Net Revenue Threshold definition

Net Revenue Threshold means cumulative worldwide Net Revenue of $600,000,000 during the Net Revenue Milestone Period.
Net Revenue Threshold means, for any Defined Period, the minimum amount of Net Revenue the Borrowers are required to maintain for such Defined Period.
Net Revenue Threshold means Borrower’s demonstration in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent and each Lender that Borrower has recognized at least $32,000,000 in the aggregate in Net Revenue for the twelve consecutive calendar month period ending December 31, 2015.

  • Cumulative EBITDA means, as of any date of determination, EBITDA of the Company from the Existing Notes Issue Date to the end of the Company’s most recently ended full fiscal quarter prior to such date, taken as a single accounting period.
