Net Swap Receipt Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date, the Floating Amount (as defined in the Interest Rate Swap Agreement) payable by the Swap Provider to the Supplemental Interest Trust on the related Floating Rate Payer Payment Date (as defined in the Interest Rate Swap Agreement).
