Net Unit Power Guarantee definition
Net Unit Power Guarantee means a guaranteed net electrical output of the Facility equal to 615 MW, which shall represent the minimum rate at which the Facility is designed to deliver energy at the Metering Point when corrected to Guarantee Conditions.
Net Unit Power Guarantee means a guaranteed net electrical output of Unit 2 equal to 615 MW, which shall represent the minimum rate at which Unit 2 is designed to deliver energy at the Metering Point when corrected to Guarantee Conditions.
Net Unit Power Guarantee shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 1.1(a) of Schedule 4.5 to the Facility Lease.
