NETGEAR Products shall have the same meaning as the term “Parent Products” (as such term is defined in the Separation Agreement).

  • Distributor agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to maximize sales of NETGEAR Products.

  • Distributor may not sell or license NETGEAR Products directly to end use customers without the express written consent of NETGEAR.

  • Orders for NETGEAR Products must be transmitted to the following address: NETGEAR, Inc.

  • Prior to requesting inventory price protection or stock rotation privileges, you must submit a report to NETGEAR listing all current inventory of NETGEAR Products.

  • Seller Products means all products sold, offered for sale, licensed, under development, distributed or otherwise provided by or for Seller or any of its Subsidiaries to any Third Party in the conduct of the Sale Business as currently conducted, including but not limited to such products listed on Schedule 1.1(b).
