Netstar Service definition

Netstar Service means the Netstar Unit and various services provided by Netstar in terms of this Contract which includes but is not limited to the response, tracking and attempt to recover any stolen or hijacked Vehicle;
Netstar Service means, where applicable, the various vehicle monitoring and tracking services including the Netstar Unit, Fleet Management Service, Bureau Service and Stolen Vehicle Recovery Service provided by Netstar under this Contract as stipulated in the Application Schedule;

Examples of Netstar Service in a sentence

  • In order for Netstar to provide the Netstar Service, the Subscriber understands and agrees that Netstar requires information including but not limited to Personal Information to enable Netstar to fulfil its obligations in terms of this Contract.

  • Netstar will provide the Subscriber with the Netstar Service for the duration of the Contract, provided that the Subscriber complies with its obligations under the Contract.

  • Netstar is not obliged to render the Netstar Service outside the Territory.

  • The Subscriber requires certain asset tracking Equipment and Netstar Services from Netstar, and Netstar has agreed to provide the asset tracking Equipment and Netstar Service to the Subscriber.

  • In order for Netstar to provide the Netstar Service the Subscriber understands and agrees that Netstar requires information including but not limited to Personal Information to enable Netstar to fulfil its obligations in terms of this Contract.

  • You have already specified the contribution of the bill towards the collateral pool in the ‘Bill Collateral %’ field.

  • If altered, modified, misused or tampered with or if the damage to the Netstar Unit is due to water or collision damage, or any other cause beyond Netstar’s control, then the warranty set out under clause 5.8 will not apply and Netstar will not have any obligation to repair or replace the Netstar Unit or provide the Netstar Service, or refund to the Subscriber any amounts claimed by the Subscriber, in respect of any warranty, damages or contractual claim.

  • If the Netstar Unit is tampered with, altered, modified, misused or is damaged as a result of a collision, water or any other cause beyond Netstar’s control, including fair wear and tear, then the warranty set out under clause 6.8 will not apply and Netstar will have not have any obligation to repair or replace the Netstar Unit or provide the Netstar Service, or refund to the Subscriber any amounts claimed by the Subscriber, in respect of any warranty, damages or contractual claim.

  • If the Equipment is tampered with, altered, modified, misused or is damaged as a result of a collision, water or any other cause beyond Netstar’s control, including fair wear and tear, then the warranty set out under clause 6.8 will not apply and Netstar will have not have any obligation to repair or replace the Equipment or provide the Netstar Service, or refund to the Subscriber any amounts claimed by the Subscriber, in respect of any warranty, damages or contractual claim.

  • Notwithstanding the provisions of clause 2.1 hereof, the parties agree that the Netstar Service cannot be invoked or rendered unless the Equipment is properly installed in the vehicle referred to on the face page hereof, by a Netstar approved fitment centre and such Equipment is programmed, enabled and functioning to its manufacturer's specification.

  • air service means a flight or a series of flights carrying passengers, cargo and/or mail for remuneration and/or hire;

  • Cloud Service Provider or CSP means a company or organization that offers some component of cloud computing – typically Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS) or Platform as a Service (PaaS) – to other businesses, organizations or individuals.

  • energy service provider means a natural or legal person who delivers energy services or other energy efficiency improvement measures in a final customer’s facility or premises;

  • System Services means the SRS, DNS Name Server and Whois services for the Registry TLD for which availability and Performance Specifications are established.

Commercial mobile radio service or CMRS includes all of the following:
