Network Announcement definition

Network Announcement means any Announcement transmitted by a Television Network, and broadcast simultaneously or by so-called “delayed” or “repeat” broadcasts (sometimes known as “rebroadcasts”) over two or more Affiliated Stations of the applicable network.
