Network Event definition

Network Event means monetary loss sustained by you in connection with your computer network(s) arising from:
Network Event means: (i) a Fork, Airdrop or other event which results in the generation of new or alternate Digital Assets from an existing Digital Asset, and which creates rights of an existing Digital Asset holder to receive or otherwise control the newly created Digital Assets immediately after the Network Event; or (ii) any event in respect of any protocol underlying a Digital Asset, which is exogenous to MULTIBANK FX INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION, and results in loss of control or ownership of Digital Assets held by MULTIBANK FX INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION or the Counterparty, including any consensus by a relevant network protocol to fail to honour or record a Transaction on the network, or to revert any Transaction previously honoured or recorded on the network.
Network Event means an unforeseen and reasonably unforeseeable event which prevents or materially restricts the ability of the Supply System to provide the Water Supply to Premises.

Network Event means any surge, spike or under-frequency event on the Network, and any outage or failure to restore supply on the Network, in each case whether or not attributable to any breach or other default by the Distributor;

Related to Network Event

  • XXXX Event means if there are any Mortgaged Properties at any time, any increase, extension of the maturity or renewal of any of the Commitments or Loans (including any incremental credit facility hereunder, but excluding (i) any continuation or conversion of Borrowings, (ii) the making of any Revolving Loans or (iii) the issuance, renewal or extension of Letters of Credit).

  • Barrier Event means that R (final) is lower than the Barrier.

  • Benchmark Event means, with respect to an Original Reference Rate:

  • Load Management Event means a) a single temporally contiguous dispatch of Demand Resources in a Compliance Aggregation Area during an Operating Day, or b) multiple dispatches of Demand Resources in a Compliance Aggregation Area during an Operating Day that are temporally contiguous.

  • Cybersecurity Event means any act or attempt, successful or, to the extent known by Provider, unsuccessful, to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt or misuse an Information System or Nonpublic Information stored on such Information System. The ongoing existence and occurrence of attempted but Unsuccessful Security Incidents shall not constitute a Cybersecurity Event under this definition. “Unsuccessful Security Incidents” are activities such as pings and other broadcast attacks on Provider’s firewall, port scans, unsuccessful log-on attempts, denials of service and any combination of the above, so long as no such incident results in unauthorized access, use or disclosure of Molina Nonpublic Information or sustained interruption of service obligations to Molina.

  • Relevant Event means any Termination Event or any Mandatory Prepayment Event or any event which after the giving of notice or lapse of time or the satisfaction of any other condition (or any combination thereof) would constitute a Termination Event or a Mandatory Prepayment Event;

  • Step Up Event means a failure to meet the Minimum Rating Requirement at any time, unless:

  • Network Rail means Network Rail Infrastructure Limited (Company registration number 02904587) whose registered office is at 1 Eversholt Street, London, NW1 2DN and any associated company of Network Rail which holds property for railway purposes, and for the purpose of this definition “associated company” means any company which is (within the meaning of section 1159 (meaning of “subsidiary” etc.) of the Companies Act 2006) the holding company of Network Rail Infrastructure Limited, a subsidiary of Network Rail Infrastructure Limited or another subsidiary of the holding company of Network Rail Infrastructure Limited;

  • Book-Down Event means an event that triggers a negative adjustment to the Capital Accounts of the Partners pursuant to Section 5.5(d).

  • PTC Event of Default means, with respect to each Trust Agreement, the failure to pay within 10 Business Days after the due date thereof: (i) the outstanding Pool Balance of the applicable Class of Certificates on the Final Legal Distribution Date for such Class or (ii) interest due on such Certificates on any Distribution Date (unless the Subordination Agent shall have made an Interest Drawing or a withdrawal from the Cash Collateral Account relating to a Liquidity Facility for such Class, with respect thereto in an aggregate amount sufficient to pay such interest and shall have distributed such amount to the Trustee entitled thereto).

  • Domestic content procurement preference ’ means all iron and steel used in the project are produced in the United States; the manufactured products used in the project are produced in the United States; or the construction materials used in the project are produced in the United States.

  • Payment Event of Default means an Event of Default specified in Section 7.1(a).
