Network Event definition

Network Event means: (i) a Fork, Airdrop or other event which results in the generation of new or alternate Digital Assets from an existing Digital Asset, and which creates rights of an existing Digital Asset holder to receive or otherwise control the newly created Digital Assets immediately after the Network Event; or (ii) any event in respect of any protocol underlying a Digital Asset, which is exogenous to MULTIBANK FX INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION, and results in loss of control or ownership of Digital Assets held by MULTIBANK FX INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION or the Counterparty, including any consensus by a relevant network protocol to fail to honour or record a Transaction on the network, or to revert any Transaction previously honoured or recorded on the network.
Network Event means an unforeseen and reasonably unforeseeable event which prevents or materially restricts the ability of the relevant Undertaker’s public water supply system to provide the supply of water to the Premises;

Network Event means in relation to a Digital Asset, any event in respect of the blockchain or the smart contract that underlies a Digital Asset, which is beyond ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇ 's control, and results in either (a) a loss of control or ownership by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇ or a third party of any amount of such Digital Asset; or (b) transaction records on the blockchain being altered, reversed or otherwise invalidated, whether by way of a fraudulent act or consensus, which shall include without limitation any double spending attack, "51-percent attack", or blockchain reorganisation, in each case as determined by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇ in good faith and in its sole discretion.
Network Event means in relation to a Digital Asset, any event in respect of the blockchain or the smart contract that underlies a Digital Asset, which is beyond Something.cool 's control, and results in either (a) a loss of control or ownership by Something.cool or a third party of any amount of such Digital Asset; or (b) transaction records on the blockchain being altered, reversed or otherwise invalidated, whether by way of a fraudulent act or consensus, which shall include without limitation any double spending attack, "51-percent attack", or blockchain reorganisation, in each case as determined by Something.cool in good faith and in its sole discretion.
