Network Installation definition

Network Installation has the meaning set out in Section 3.3.
Network Installation have the meaning set out in Section 3.3 of the Agreement. The term "Workstation Installation" has the meaning set out in Section 3.4 of the Agreement. The terms "Licensee" and "Organization" have the meaning set out in Section 1.1 of the Agreement. The term "SideFX" has the meaning set out in the preamble to the Agreement.
Network Installation means any installation (other than track) which is comprised in a network.

More Definitions of Network Installation

Network Installation means that each of the Licenses issued to Licensee may be installed on one (1) Computer acting as a license server (the "License Server") that can be accessed by other Computers acting as clients ("Client Computers") through a local area network connection or through a VPN connection, provided that: (i) the VPN connection is secure; (ii) each Client Computer is within the Territory; and (iii) the Software may only be Used on the Client Computers accessing the License Server. The number of Client Computers accessing the Licenses on the License Server(s) and on which the Software is being Used concurrently shall not exceed the number of Licenses issued. For example, if Licensee has been issued ten (10) Local Access Licenses, each of the ten (10) Licenses may be installed on a License Server, and the Software may be Used on a maximum of ten (10) Client Computers at any given time. For certainty, each of the Licenses issued to Licensee does not have to be installed on the same License Server, but any single License cannot be installed on more than one License Server.
Network Installation. Schedule shall mean the established schedule for installation of the Network Devices outlined herein. NAN shall mean a Neighborhood Area Network. Should Lessee make any alterations, improvements, additions or Utility Installations without the prior approval of Lessor, Lessor may require that Lessee remove any or all of the same.

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

Lessee may, however, make non-structural Utility Installations to the interior of the Premises (excluding the roof) without Lessor's consent but upon notice to Lessor, so long as they are not visible from the outside of the Premises, do not involve puncturing, relocating or removing the roof or any existing walls, or changing or interfering with the fire sprinkler or fire detection systems and the cumulative cost thereof during the term of this Lease as extended does not exceed $2,500.00.

  • Installation Date means the date specified in the Statement of Work by which the Contractor must have the ordered Equipment ready (certified) for use by the State.

  • offshore installation means any installation which is intended for underwater exploitation of mineral resources or exploration with a view to such exploitation;

  • Removable Installations means any items listed on Exhibit F attached hereto and any items agreed by Landlord in writing to be included on Exhibit F in the future, (y) “Tenant’s Property” means Removable Installations and, other than Installations, any personal property or equipment of Tenant that may be removed without material damage to the Premises, and (z) “Installations” means all property of any kind paid for by Landlord, all Alterations, all fixtures, and all partitions, hardware, built-in machinery, built-in casework and cabinets and other similar additions, equipment, property and improvements built into the Premises so as to become an integral part of the Premises, including, without limitation, fume hoods which penetrate the roof or plenum area, built-in cold rooms, built-in warm rooms, walk-in cold rooms, walk-in warm rooms, deionized water systems, glass washing equipment, autoclaves, chillers, built-in plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment and systems, and any power generator and transfer switch.

  • Telecommunications Equipment means equipment, other than Customer Premises Equipment, used by a Carrier to provide Telecommunications Services, and include software integral to such equipment, including upgrades.

  • Building, structure, facility, or installation means all of the pollutant-emitting activities which belong to the same industrial grouping, are located on one or more contiguous or adjacent properties, and are under the control of the same person (or persons under common control) except the activities of any vessel. Pollutant-emitting activities shall be considered as part of the same industrial grouping if they belong to the same major group (i.e., which have the same two-digit code) as described in the Standard Industrial Classification Manual, 1972, as amended by the 1977 Supplement (U.S. Government Printing Office stock numbers 4101-0066 and 003-005-00176-0, respectively).

  • Military installation means: a base, camp, post, station, yard, center, homeport facility for any ship, or other activity under the jurisdiction of the Department of Defense, including any leased facility, which is located within any of the several States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Marianas Islands and any other U.S. Territory. Such term does not include any facility used primarily for civil works, rivers and harbors projects, or flood control projects.

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.

  • Installation Charges means those Charges set out in the Order in relation to installation of the Service and/or any Purchased Equipment, Customer Equipment and/or BT Equipment as applicable.

  • Communications Equipment means the communications equipment of the Licensee and its affiliates, including, without limitation, cabinets, racks, electronic equipment and other similar equipment.
