Network Members definition

Network Members means any ocean carriers, terminal operators, inland transportation providers, government authorities, and other supply chain stakeholders participating in the Platform that provide and/or exchange information on the Platform and have executed a network member agreement with the Platform Providers setting forth the terms of such participation in the Platform.

Network Members means (i) registered representatives that are not Affiliated Representatives, other broker-dealers, registered investment advisors, and other intermediaries; (ii) that have demonstrated interest in introducing Prospective Subscribers to an Offering.

Examples of Network Members in a sentence

• For CalOptima Health Network Members, PDS Hospital Liaison will contact Health Network case management with decision.

• Supplier shall provide to EY for the benefit of EY (and where applicable other EY Network Members) the Licensed Items as described in the Purchase Order, in the manner, at the times, for the price, and otherwise as set forth in the Purchase Order.

• Authorized users shall include EY Network Members and any employee, partner, principal, director, application or computer process, software agent, contingent worker, consultant, contractor, and subcontractor.

• CalOptima or the appropriate Health Network for Health Network Members will reimburse providers for the administration fee only for vaccine supplied free through the Vaccine For Children (VFC) Program.
