Network Members definition

Network Members means any ocean carriers, terminal operators, inland transportation providers, government authorities, and other supply chain stakeholders participating in the Platform that provide and/or exchange information on the Platform and have executed a network member agreement with the Platform Providers setting forth the terms of such participation in the Platform.
Network Members means (i) registered representatives that are not Affiliated Representatives, other broker-dealers, registered investment advisors, and other intermediaries; (ii) that have demonstrated interest in introducing Prospective Subscribers to an Offering.
Network Members those receiving regular consultations and updates from CPP meetings via email, only.

Examples of Network Members in a sentence

  • Supplier shall perform the services and deliver Work Products (if any) set out in this Purchase Order for the benefit of EY and the EY Network Members, together with any other incidental activities which are reasonably necessary in order to carry out the same (together the “Services”).

  • For CalOptima Health Network Members, PDS Hospital Liaison will contact Health Network case management with decision.

  • Supplier shall provide to EY for the benefit of EY (and where applicable other EY Network Members) the Licensed Items as described in the Purchase Order, in the manner, at the times, for the price, and otherwise as set forth in the Purchase Order.

  • hostel means a place of residence for the students of the University, or its colleges, institutions and study centers, established or recognized to be as such by the University;
