Network Members definition

Network Members means any ocean carriers, terminal operators, inland transportation providers, government authorities, and other supply chain stakeholders participating in the Platform that provide and/or exchange information on the Platform and have executed a network member agreement with the Platform Providers setting forth the terms of such participation in the Platform.

Examples of Network Members in a sentence

  • Supplier shall perform the services and deliver Work Products (if any) set out in this Purchase Order for the benefit of EY and the EY Network Members, together with any other incidental activities which are reasonably necessary in order to carry out the same (together the “Services”).

  • The total aggregate liability of EY and the EY Network Members together arising out of or in connection with this Purchase Order, whether in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise, shall be limited in relation to events occurring in any calendar year to the charges for the Services paid or payable by EY in such calendar year.

  • Through the Network, Members (as further defined in this Agreement) may coordinate response activities and share resources during emergencies.

  • Contamination on and from the Company’s sites could subject it to liability to third parties or governmental authorities for injuries to persons, property or the environment and could adversely affect the Company’s ability to sell or rent its properties or to borrow money using such properties as collateral.

  • Each Party shall use its respective reasonable best efforts to solicit feedback from Network Members, Platform customers, and potential Network Members and Platform Customers regarding such person’s use and potential use of the Platform and shall share any such material feedback with the Platform Providers and other Foundation Carriers at the assessment meetings described in Article 6.4 hereof.

  • ATC means a measure of the transfer capability remaining in the physical transmission network for further commercial activity over and above already committed uses.

  • Tournament means a competition for the playing of Poker, which is restricted to persons who have completed an entry form and have paid the prescribed entry fee;

  • Comcast means Comcast Corporation, a Pennsylvania corporation.

  • Network means the participating providers described in the Provider Directory.

  • Residentia Group means Residentia Group Pty Ltd of 165 Barkly Avenue Burnley VIC, ACN 600 546 656 in respect of Appliances purchased in Australia;

  • MSL means an altitude expressed in feet measured from Mean Sea Level.

  • MOHLTC means the Minister or the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, as the context requires;
