Network Participant Data means information (including, without limitation, PII provided to Network Participant by or at the direction of a client or information Network Participant requires to provide and document services to such client within the Unite Us Platform in the course of the Network Participant’s use of the Network.

  • Each Network Participant shall remain the owner of any Network Participant Data inputted by such Network Participant of all individuals registered with a Network Participant and nothing here in is intended or will be deemed in any way to limit a Network Participant’s use of its own Network Participant Data outside of the Unite Us Platform.

  • Unite Us hereby grants to Network Participant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to (a) access and use the Unite Us Platform for the benefit of Network Participant; (b) reproduce, distribute and display the documentation provided by Unite Us solely to its Authorized Users; and (c) use and access any Network Participant Data as necessary for the care and treatment of individuals seeking treatment or services from Network Participant in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable privacy laws.

  • The Coordinating Center agrees to adopt and use physical, administrative and technical safeguards consistent with the HIPAA Security Rule to protect any Network Participant Data received from Network Participant pursuant to this Agreement, and to use all reasonable measures, including encryption, to prevent any use or disclosure of Data other than as provided by this Agreement.

  • A method to securely transfer (i) PCORnet Queries from the Coordinating Center to the Network Participant, and/or (ii) Network Participant Data from the Network Participant to the CC in response to a Query.

  • For Analytic Queries in which Network Participant chooses to participate, Network Participant shall return Network Participant Data in accordance with the specifications of the Query.

  • The Coordinating Center shall use Network Participant Data and related Tokens returned from a Query only (a) in accordance with the Data use specifications and information required in the Query request, (b) as allowed by the informed consent provided by patients, if applicable, and (c) in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • For PCORnet Queries in which Network Participant chooses to participate Network Participant shall return low cell counts of Network Participant Data so that accurate counts of the availability of PCORnet’s total results can be obtained.

  • The Coordinating Center shall ensure that its employees and representatives comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and ensure that its agents and subcontractors to whom the CC provides Network Participant Data agree in writing to comply with the same restrictions and conditions that apply to the CC hereunder.

  • A query of Network Participant Data sent from the Coordinating Center using a Secure File Transfer Method.

  • Network Participant may also request additional restrictions aimed at preserving confidentiality pursuant to Section III.g (Network Participant Data Confidentiality) below, and the Coordinating Center shall comply with such requests where feasible.

  • Participant ID means each unique identifier assigned to a Participant other than a DMA Customer by BSEF for access to the SEF operated by BSEF.

  • Service Data means query logs, performance data, such as traffic and conversion data, and other information about Customer’s use of the Service and Professional Services. Service Data may not include any Personal Data and is not considered Customer Content.

  • Program participant means an individual certified by the secretary as a program participant under Iowa Code section 9E.3.

  • System for Award Management (SAM) database means the primary Government repository for contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) is an Enhanced Service Provider that provides Internet Services, and is defined in paragraph 341 of the FCC’s First Report and Order in CC Docket No. 97-158.

  • Participant Group means you, each of your holding companies and subsidiaries and each subsidiary of each of your holding companies (as each such term is defined in the Companies Act 1985); and

  • Account Information Service Provider means a payment service provider pursuing business activities as referred to in point (8) of Annex I;

  • Performance Data means a rating, ranking, quotation, discussion or analysis regarding an aspect of the investment performance of an investment fund, an asset allocation service, a security, an index or a benchmark;

  • Enhanced Service Provider (ESP) is a provider of enhanced services as those services are defined in 47 CFR Section 64.702.

  • Information Service Provider A provider of Information Service. Information Service Provider includes, but is not limited to, Internet Service Providers (ISPs).

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) means an Enhanced Service Provider (ESP) that provides Internet Services.

  • Section 162(m) Participant means any key Employee designated by the Administrator as a key Employee whose compensation for the fiscal year in which the key Employee is so designated or a future fiscal year may be subject to the limit on deductible compensation imposed by Section 162(m) of the Code.

  • Program Participants means, for any CRP, the Centers (other than the Lead Center for such CRP) and any Partner receiving funding for activities under such CRP that are funded by the CGIAR Fund.

  • Market Participant means an entity that, for its own account, produces, transmits, sells, and/or purchases for its own consumption or resale capacity, energy, energy derivatives and ancillary services in the wholesale power markets. Market Participants include transmission service customers, power exchanges, Transmission Owners, load serving entities, loads, holders of energy derivatives, generators and other power suppliers and their designated agents.

  • Company Service Provider means an employee, individual consultant, individual independent contractor, individual self-employed contractor, leased or temporary employee or director of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Telecom Service Provider means any Telecom operator in India, who is licensed by the Department of Telecommunications (DOT), Government of India to provide telecom services to the general public or to the other DOT licensed Telecom operators. "Telecom Service Provider" also refers to any Telecom operator in other countries providing telecom services to general public of that country or to other telecom operators of the same country.

  • Reporting Participant means a Participant who is subject to the reporting requirements of Section 16 of the Exchange Act.

  • Third Party Service Provider means any consultant, agent, advisor, or independent contractor who renders services to the Company, a Subsidiary, or an Affiliate that (a) are not in connection with the offer and sale of the Company’s securities in a capital raising transaction, and (b) do not directly or indirectly promote or maintain a market for the Company’s securities.

  • Non-Network Provider means any hospital, day care centre or other provider that is not part of the network.

  • Client Personal Data means any personal data provided to us by you, or on your behalf, for the purpose of providing our services to you, pursuant to our engagement letter with you;

  • Eligible Recipients means all Employees, all Non-Employee Directors and all Consultants.
