The value of security required for the purposes of this Clause 15 is the amount calculated and advised by the Distributor to the Retailer in the Distributor's Notice under Clause 15.1 provided that the total value of all security required is no more than the Distributor's reasonable estimate of the Network Service Charges that the Retailer is likely to be required to pay the Distributor in respect of any 2 month period.
Any such Network Service Charges will be invoiced and payable in accordance with this clause 5.

Network Service Charges may be based upon estimated meter readings in accordance with the Electricity Law.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Purchaser Group will only pay the Network Service Charges or any sums relating to the provision of the Network Services pursuant to this paragraph 5 and no charges for such services shall be levied against London DivestCo or the Purchaser Group pursuant to the terms of the Transitional Services Agreement.
