Network Upgrade Costs definition

Network Upgrade Costs means those costs that are payable by the Supplier, which may include design, engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning costs, related to the Network Upgrades. For greater certainty, Network Upgrade Costs shall not include Connection Costs.
Network Upgrade Costs means all costs incurred by the Buyer before or after the Effective Date for the design, engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning of Network Upgrades under the Interconnection Agreement.
Network Upgrade Costs means those costs related to Network Upgrades. For greater certainty, Network Upgrade Costs shall not include Connection Costs.

Examples of Network Upgrade Costs in a sentence

  • If Seller elects to pay, without reimbursement, for any Excess Network Upgrade Costs pursuant to this Section 13.9.2, in no event shall Seller have any interest in or rights or title to any Network Upgrades or Congestion Revenue Rights (as defined in the CAISO Tariff) in connection with the development of the Facility or the delivery of Product to Buyer pursuant to this Agreement.

  • If Seller elects to pay, without reimbursement, for any Excess Network Upgrade Costs pursuant to this Section 14.9.2, in no event shall Seller have any interest in or rights or title to any Network Upgrades or Congestion Revenue Rights (as defined in the CAISO Tariff) in connection with the development of the Facility or the delivery of Product to Buyer pursuant to this Agreement.

  • The Supplier acknowledges that the responsibility for any Network Upgrade Costs associated with the connection of the Facility shall be allocated as set forth in the Distribution System Code and Transmission System Code.

  • If Seller elects to pay, without reimbursement, for the Excess Network Upgrade Costs pursuant to this Section 4.02, in no event shall Seller have any interest in or rights or title to any Network Upgrades or Congestion Revenue Rights in connection with the development of the Project or the delivery of Product to SCE pursuant to this Agreement.

  • The foregoing shall not preclude Seller from executing a GIA or obtaining a CAISO Exemption that it reasonably determines allows it to comply with its obligations under this Agreement and applicable Law (B) Excess Network Upgrade Costs.

More Definitions of Network Upgrade Costs

Network Upgrade Costs means, with respect to any LGIA, the construction costs ofNetwork Upgrades” (as defined in such LGIA).
Network Upgrade Costs means all costs incurred by the Buyer [before or] after the Effective Date for the design, engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning of Network Upgrades under the Interconnection Agreement. [Note: The square bracketed words will only be required for those EPAs with previously identified interconnection deficiencies. BC Hydro will remove these words for EPAs where this is not applicable for the Seller’s Plant.]
Network Upgrade Costs has the meaning given in Appendix 3.

Related to Network Upgrade Costs

  • Network Upgrades means modifications or additions to transmission-related facilities that are integrated with and support the Transmission Provider’s overall Transmission System for the general benefit of all users of such Transmission System. Network Upgrades shall include:

  • Operating Margin Customer means a Control Area purchasing Operating Margin pursuant to an agreement between such other Control Area and the LLC.

  • Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities means System Upgrade Facilities that a Developer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the New York State Transmission System during their construction. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Upgrade means a major version upgrade of any Platform software.

  • Fraud Monitoring System means an off-line administration system that monitors suspected occurrences of ABT- related fraud.

  • Network Data Mover (NDM) or “Connect Direct” means the industry standard protocol for transferring information electrically.
