Neurologic deficit definition

Neurologic deficit means a loss of function secondary to involvement of the central or peripheral nervous system. This includes motor loss; spasticity; loss of reflex; radicular or ana- tomic sensory loss; loss of bowel, bladder or erectile function; impairment of special senses, including vision, hearing, taste, or smell; or deficits in cognitive or memory function.

  • Operating Deficit means, for the applicable period, insufficient funds to pay operating costs when Cash Expenses exceed Cash Receipts, as determined by the Accountant and approved by the Special Limited Partner.
