Neutral Advisor definition

Neutral Advisor means an independent third Party who determines the categorisation of a Dispute as set out in Clause 10.3.3;
Neutral Advisor means the mediation appointed pursuant to Condition 32.
Neutral Advisor has the meaning given to that term in clause 54.3;

  • If any issue is not resolved at the meeting with the Neutral Advisor, either party may file appropriate administrative or judicial proceedings with respect to the issue that remains in dispute.
