Neutral Appraiser definition

Neutral Appraiser shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(b).

  • In no event shall either the Neutral Arbitrator or the Neutral Appraiser have represented (or have been engaged to represent) Landlord or Tenant during the five (5) year period preceding the Outside Agreement Date or have any business or ownership affiliation with either of the Advocate Arbitrators during such five (5) year period (as opposed to having had professional interaction with the same).

  • Arbiter has the meaning set forth in Section 1.05(d).

  • Updated Appraisal means an Appraisal of the Mortgaged Property or related REO Property, as the case may be, conducted subsequent to any Appraisal performed on or prior to the date of this Agreement by an Appraiser, selected by the applicable Servicer, in accordance with MAI standards, the costs of which shall be paid as a Property Advance by the Lead Securitization Note Holder or applicable Servicer.

  • Valuation Firm means a nationally recognized independent investment banking or valuation firm with expertise in the oil and gas sector.
