Nevada Governmental Order definition
Nevada Governmental Order refers to any judgment, order or decree known to us to have been issued by any Nevada Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the Company under Applicable Nevada Law; and (iv) ”Nevada Governmental Approval” refers to any consent, approval or authorization of any Nevada Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the Company that is required to be obtained by the Company pursuant to Applicable Nevada Law. We are qualified to practice law in the State of Nevada. The opinions set forth herein are expressly limited to the effect on the Transactions only of the laws of the State of Nevada and we do not purport to be experts on, or to express any opinion with respect to the applicability thereto, or to the effect thereon, of, the laws of any other jurisdiction. We express no opinion herein concerning, and we assume no responsibility as to laws or judicial decisions related to, or any orders, consents or other authorizations or approvals as may be required by, any federal law, including any federal securities law, or any state securities or Blue Sky laws or regulations.
