New Business Hold definition

New Business Hold shall be applied as set forth in GM's Quality Systems Requirements Manual, specifically GP5 (Jan. `98), and is contained as a performance step of the Level 2 Controlled Shipping Process. This procedure is common for all suppliers and a requirement included in GM's standard terms and conditions.
