New Constituent means, in relation with a Selection Day, each Share selected pursuant to the Index Rules.

  • The Reorganized Debtors shall execute, deliver, and file the New Constituent Documents without the need of any further corporate or equity holder action.

  • Certificate of Amalgamation means the certificate of amalgamation to be issued by the Director in respect of the Amalgamation;
