New Consulting Agreements means the new Consulting Agreements to be entered into between the Parties and each of [ * ] individually, contemporaneously with this Agreement, in the forms attached hereto as Annex C, to supersede the Consulting Agreement between them which was signed on the Date of the First Amendment (as defined below).
