New Content. If at any point in time during the Term and the three (3) month period subsequent thereto, in the event that Seller wishes to license, sell or assign any audiovisual content not included within the Content covered by this Agreement (the “Subject Content”) and/or the right to monetize the same either in perpetuity or for a specific period of time, Seller will notify Purchaser in writing and Purchaser will have the exclusive first right to negotiate in good faith with Seller, for a period of thirty (30) days (the “First Negotiation Period”), with respect to the Subject Content.
