Customer shall defend, indemnify and save harmless Company, its parents and Affiliates and their respective contractors, officers, directors, servants, agents, representatives, and employees, from and against any claim of trespass, or other third party cause of action arising from or are related to reliance upon or use of the New Facilities Property Rights by the Company or any other Indemnified Parties for the purposes contemplated by this Agreement.
