New Facility Demand Maintenance means all ad hoc maintenance, repairs, testing or servicing, including all elements, components and systems within the New Facility other than Preventive Maintenance or Scheduled Maintenance, and for greater certainty New Facility Demand Maintenance includes provision of parts and supplies;
