New Feature definition

New Feature means certain new modules, add-ons, and/or functionalities to the Product introduced by ▇▇▇▇▇ at its sole discretion, which are priced separately and made available for purchase through certain releases or otherwise. Access to such New Feature is only provided subject to customer’s written request and payment of applicable fees. If the Customer requires any services from ▇▇▇▇▇ in testing and implementing an upgrade, new release, or other revision, amendment or update for the Product, the scope and fees for such assistance shall be agreed between the parties via a separate Statement of Work.
New Feature means a major enhancement or service with significant new functionality, as determined by Company in its sole discretion and as listed on an Order Form. New Features may be “turned on” for an additional charge as agreed to by executing an additional Order Form.
New Feature means Software that adds substantial functionality in addition to the original functional characteristics of the Software as provided to Motorola. A New Feature shall be deemed to be a new item of Software and shall be subject to acceptance and warranty.
