New First Lien Agreement means that certain Base Indenture, dated as of August 1, 2011 among the Parent Borrower, Holdings and the other parties signatory thereto, as supplemented by the Supplemental Indenture No. 2 for the 6.50% senior secured notes due 2020, dated as of August 1, 2011, and as may be further amended, supplemented or modified from time to time.
