New FTF Promissory Note definition
New FTF Promissory Note means that certain Unsecured Subordinated Promissory Note in an aggregate principal amount of up to $30,000,000, dated as of December 11, 2014, (as amended, supplemented, or modified from time to time) among certain of the Debtors and the New FTF Lender.
