New geographic location definition

New geographic location means an additional out-of-region instructional site at which 50 percent or more of a Board authorized certificate or degree program is offered. Institutions offering less than 50 percent of credit hours for a program that has either been authorized by the Board for delivery in the institution's home region or does not require Board authorization as a result of the exemption for institutions that have been in existence since prior to the 1961 Act as noted in Section 1030.10 does not require additional approval if the institution is authorized in that region. Any program offered in an initial operating region or a new region for which there is no current Board authorization must receive certificate or degree approval for the program before the 50 percent new geographic location definition applies for additional out-of-region locations.

  • Geographic Service Area or “Service Area” means an area as defined in Section 1345(k) of the Health and Safety Code.

  • Business location means a location where the firm carries out an activity that requires registration, and includes a residence if regular and ongoing activity that requires registration is carried out from the residence or if records relating to an activity that requires registration are kept at the residence;

  • Worksite location means a construction site or other temporary worksite in this state at which the employer provides services for more than twenty days during the calendar year. "Worksite location" does not include the home of an employee.

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • Service Locations means those locations set forth on Exhibit B.

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.

Employee acknowledges that this geographic scope is reasonable given Employee's position with Company, the international scope of Company's business; and the fact that Employee could compete with Company from anywhere Company does business.

  • Restricted Territories means: (i) Cuba, Sudan, Iran, North Korea, Syria and the territory of Crimea / Sevastopol; and (ii) any other country or territory that is subject to sanctions by the United Kingdom, the European Union, the U.S, United Nations or elsewhere.

  • Community location means a public or private elementary or secondary school, a church, a public library, a public playground, or a public park.

  • State Location means any physical location where the State performs work. State Location may include state-owned, leased, or rented space.

  • Remote location means a location from which a member of a legislative body participates in a meeting pursuant to subdivision (f), other than any physical meeting location designated in the notice of the meeting. Remote locations need not be accessible to the public.

  • the Territory means the sub-Saharan Continent, south of the 15N latitude.

  • Principal Location has the meaning assigned thereto in clause (b)(iii) of the definition of Good Reason, above.

  • Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.

  • Location as used in the Economic Load Response rules shall mean an end-use customer site as defined by the relevant electric distribution company account number.

  • Return Location means the location from which the Vehicle was hired and which is shown in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A.
