New Guarantee Period definition

New Guarantee Period a period from and including the 30th day after any Guarantee Reinstatement Date to but excluding the following Guarantee Release Date, if any.

Related to New Guarantee Period

  • Subsidiary Guarantee means any guarantee of the obligations of the Issuers under this Indenture and the Notes by any Subsidiary Guarantor in accordance with the provisions of this Indenture.

  • Note Guarantee means the Guarantee by each Guarantor of the Company’s obligations under this Indenture and the Notes, executed pursuant to the provisions of this Indenture.

  • Guarantee Agreement means this Guarantee Agreement, as modified, amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Guarantee used as a verb has a corresponding meaning.

  • Additional Subsidiary Guarantor means each Person that becomes a Subsidiary Guarantor after the Closing Date by execution of an Accession Agreement as provided in Section 6.12.
