Design-Builder means the Person/Firm(s)/Joint Venture selected pursuant to the RFP that enters into the Contract with the Department to design and construct the Project.
Design-build entity means a corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, or other legal entity that is able to provide appropriately licensed contracting, architectural, and engineering services as needed pursuant to a design-build contract.
Owner-builder means an owner or lessor of real property who, by himself or by or through others, constructs or has constructed or reconstructs or has reconstructed any improvement to real property.
mixed-use building means a building or structure containing a residential and non- residential use other than a home occupation;
heritage building means a Building designated under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. O.18, or any successor legislation, or a Building designated under Part V of the Ontario Heritage Act,
