New Licensees means Licensees that were not licensed to offer the Courses during the twelve (12) months prior to the Effective Date. Presentation means the 1-hour presentation developed by CSRE. REALTOR® Safety means the safety program and resources administered by NAR.

Examples of New Licensees in a sentence

  • This Agreement shall continue in full force and effect until the earlier of (a) sixty (60) days after such time as none of the Licensees (and, if applicable, New Licensee(s)) are obligated to make any payments of the Acquired Assets and (b) the termination of the Acquisition Agreement pursuant to its terms and the parties rights thereunder, at which point this Agreement shall automatically terminate, except, in each case, with respect to any rights that shall have accrued prior to such termination.

  • Within thirty (30) days after the end of each calendar quarter, IPM shall deliver to Censtor a report detailing any and all potential New Licensees and/or defendants to an Action IPM has contacted and with whom IPM has entered into discussions or negotiations.

  • Sublicensees as used herein in either singular or plural shall mean any person or entity other than an AFFILIATED COMPANY to which Company has granted a sublicense under this Agreement.

  • Sub-Licensee means all person/ agency with whom Licensee has executed sub license agreement as per terms and conditions of license agreement executed between DMRC and the Licensee, for commercial utilization of the Bare Spaces.

  • Pre-Licensed Therapist means an individual who has obtained a Master’s Degree in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy and is registered with the BBS as an Associate CSW or MFT Intern acquiring hours for licensing. An individual’s registration is subject to regulations adopted by the BBS.

  • Company License Agreements means any license agreements granting any right to use or practice any rights under any Intellectual Property (except for such agreements for off-the-shelf products that are generally available for less than $25,000), and any written settlements relating to any Intellectual Property, to which the Company is a party or otherwise bound; and the term “Software” means any and all computer programs, including any and all software implementations of algorithms, models and methodologies, whether in source code or object code.

  • Licensed User means an employee, contractor or agent of Client who is authorized by Client to access and use the Licensed Software, to whom a password and user ID has been issued by Client and whose access to the Licensed Software has not been terminated, suspended or surrendered.

  • License Key means a unique key-code that enables Licensee to run Software subject to the obtained User Pack.

  • Third Party Manufacturer means (i) a Third Party whose primary business is contract manufacturing, or (ii) a Third Party who has a contractual arrangement with Licensee or with a sublicensee of Licensee that includes manufacturing of Client Product and/or Drug Product by such Third Party for Licensee or such sublicensee.

  • Third Party License means licenses from third parties governing third party software embedded or used in the Trading Platform.

  • End User License Agreement means a license grant or end user license agreement governing software as further described in this Agreement or any applicable Appendix.

  • Licensed Trademarks means the trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos and other icons or indicia designated by SCEA in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines for use on or in connection with Licensed Products. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall in any way grant Publisher the right to use the trademark "Sony" in any manner. SCEA may amend such Licensed Trademarks from time to time in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines or upon written notice to Publisher.

  • Research License means a nontransferable, nonexclusive license to make and to use the Licensed Products or the Licensed Processes as defined by the Licensed Patent Rights for purposes of research and not for purposes of commercial manufacture or distribution or in lieu of purchase.

  • Licensed Services means all functions performed by the Licensed System.

  • Licensor means the copyright owner or entity authorized by the copyright owner that is granting the License.

  • Licensed producer means a person or entity licensed to produce medical cannabis.

  • Third Party Licenses has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.

  • OMP means Occupational Medical Practitioner

  • Marijuana products means concentrated marijuana products and marijuana products that are comprised of marijuana and other ingredients and are intended for use or consumption, such as, but not limited to, edible products, ointments, and tinctures.

  • Licensed Trademark means those Trademarks set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and such other Trademarks as may be designated by NovaDel in writing from time to time, and any registrations of the foregoing and pending applications relating thereto.
