New minor source definition

New minor source means any stationary source that has had its application for an initial minor source permit authorizing its construc- tion and operation declared complete pursuant to Section 12.1.3.3 af- ter [the effective date of this rule].

  • Minor source means any sta- tionary source that does not meet the definition of major stationary source in paragraph (b)(1) of this section for any pollutant at the time the PAL is issued.

  • Single Source means an individual, partnership, corporation, association, labor organization, or any other organization or group of persons which is not a political committee or political party.

  • Major source means any stationary source (or any group of stationary sources that are located on one or more contiguous or adjacent properties, and are under common control of the same person [or persons under common control]) belonging to a single major industrial grouping and that are described in subsection (A), (B), or (C) of this definition. For the purposes of defining “major source,” a stationary source or group of stationary sources shall be considered part of a single industrial grouping if all of the pollutant emitting activities at such source or group of sources on contiguous or adjacent properties belong to the same Major Group (i.e., all have the same two-digit code) as described in the Standard Industrial Classification Manual, 1987.

  • Mobile source means a motor vehicle, nonroad engine, or nonroad vehicle. A motor vehicle is a self-propelled vehicle designed for transporting persons or property on a street or highway. A nonroad vehicle is a vehicle powered by a nonroad engine. A nonroad engine is an internal combustion engine that is not used in a motor vehicle or a vehicle used solely for competition, or that is not subject to standards promulgated under section 111 or section 202 of the Act.

  • Approved Source means Cisco or a Cisco authorized reseller, distributor or systems integrator.

  • Area source means any stationary source of hazardous air pollutants that is not a major source as defined in rule 567—22.100(455B).

  • New source means any building, structure, facility or installation from which there is or may be a discharge of pollutants, the construction of which commenced after the publication of proposed Pretreatment Standards under section 307(c) of the Act which will be applicable to such source if such Standards are thereafter promulgated in accordance with that section, provided that:

  • Stationary source means any building, structure, facility, or installation which emits or may emit any federally regulated air pollutant.

  • Minor source baseline date means the earliest date after the trigger date on which a major stationary source or a major modification subject to 40 CFR 52.21 or to regulations approved pursuant to 40 CFR 51.166 submits a complete application under the relevant regulations. The trigger date is:

  • Sole Source means a Trade Contractor or Supplier or Subcontractor specified by name in a Bulletin as the exclusive source from which conforming goods or services may be obtained. Designation of goods or services by reference to a named source accompanied by the qualification “or equal” or similar language is not a designation of a Sole Source as that term is defined herein.

  • Major stationary source means any of the following:

  • Sealed source means any radioactive material that is encased in a capsule designed to prevent leakage or escape of the radioactive material.

  • Data Source Annual Fiscal Audit Report, Terms of Debt, Other Formal Notifications Received by School. Default Rubric Exceeds Standard The school has met standard for at least 3 consecutive years. Meets Standard The school is not in default of any financial obligations, and did not experience any instances of default during the fiscal year. Financial obligations include, but are not limited to, making payments to vendors and utility services on time, complying with all loan covenants, filing any reports required for maintenance of grants or philanthropic funds, meeting all tax obligations, and operating without financial judgements or property liens. Approaches Standard The school experienced one or more instances of minor default during the fiscal year (such as making late payments); however, the school is not currently in default of any financial obligations. Does Not Meet Standard School is currently in default of financial obligations.

  • Primary Source means the Screen Page specified as such in the applicable Pricing Supplement and (in the case of any Screen Page provided by any information service other than the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service (“Reuters”)) agreed to by the Agent Bank;

  • New sources means pervious and impervious urban land uses served by the MS4 developed or redeveloped on or after July 1, 2009.

  • Sole source procurement means a procurement without competition pursuant to a determination under Subsection 63G-6a-802(1)(a) that there is only one source for the procurement item.

  • Virtual source means a point from which radiation appears to originate.

  • Diagnostic source assembly means the tube housing assembly with a beam-limiting device attached.

  • Discrete source means a radionuclide that has been processed so that its concentration within a material has been purposely increased for use for commercial, medical, or research activities.

  • Water source means any faucet used to obtain water for drinking or food preparation for day care operations. Water sources include, but are not limited to, sinks, bathtubs, hoses, drinking fountains, bubblers, and refrigerator or freezer water or ice dispensers.

  • Point source means any discernible, confined, and discrete conveyance, including but not limited to any pipe, ditch, channel, tunnel, conduit, well, discrete fissure, container, rolling stock, concentrated animal feeding operation, vessel, or other floating craft from which pollutants are or may be discharged. This term does not include return flows from irrigated agriculture.

  • Fund Source means any direct or indirect sum payable to the Contractor by the County pursuant to any lawful obligation.

  • Display fireworks means large fireworks devices that are explosive materials intended for use in fireworks displays and designed to produce visible or audible effects by combustion, deflagration, or detonation, as provided in 27 CFR 555.11, 49 CFR 172, and APA standard 87-1, 4.1.

  • Automotive hard paste wax means an automotive wax or polish that is:

  • Affected source means a source that includes one or more affected units.

  • Open Source software used herein shall mean software that is available without charge for use, modifica- tions and distribution and is often licensed under terms that require the user to make the user’s modifications to the Open Source software or any software that the user ‘combines’ with the Open Source software freely available in source code; or c) violate the respective Open Source licenses and related terms and conditions.
