More Definitions of New Notes

New Notes shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 35.

New Notes means the Senior Notes and Senior Subordinated Notes.

New Notes means debt securities of the Company, guaranteed by the Guarantor, identical in all material respects to the Notes (except that the cash interest and interest rate step-up provisions and the transfer restrictions shall be modified or eliminated, as appropriate) and to be issued under the Indenture or the New Notes Indenture.
