New Portfolios a. Effective April 12, 2021, the following Portfolio is hereby added to the Agreement on the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement: • EQ/Core Plus Bond Portfolio

New Portfolios. The Trust hereby authorizes MID to participate in the distribution of Class E shares of the following new portfolios ("New Portfolios") on the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement: Strategic Growth and Income Portfolio Strategic Growth Portfolio Strategic Conservative Growth Portfolio
New Portfolios. The Trust hereby includes the AXA/Horizon Small Cap Value Portfolio, AXA/Lord ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Micro Cap Portfolio, AXA/▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Small Cap Growth Portfolio and AXA/Pacific Global Small Cap Value Portfolio in the Agreement from and after the date hereof for all purposes on the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement.
New Portfolios. The Trust hereby authorizes MID to participate in the distribution of Class B shares of the following new portfolio ("New Portfolio") on the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement: ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Portfolio

New Portfolios. Effective [ , 2022] the EQ/AB Sustainable U.S. Thematic Portfolio, Equitable Growth MF/ETF Portfolio, Equitable Moderate Growth MF/ETF Portfolio are hereby added to the Agreement on the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement.

The Trust hereby includes the Multimanager Aggressive Equity Portfolio, Multimanager Core Bond Portfolio, Multimanager Mid Cap Growth Portfolio, Multimanager Mid Cap Value Portfolio and Multimanager Technology Portfolio in the Agreement from and after the date hereof for all purposes on the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement.
New Portfolios. The AXA Target Allocation 2015 Portfolio, AXA Target Allocation 2025 Portfolio, AXA Target Allocation 2035 Portfolio and AXA Target Allocation 2045 Portfolio, (“New Portfolios”) shall be included as Portfolios in the Agreement from and after the date hereof for all purposes on the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement.
