Examples of New Project Application in a sentence

  • The form of New Project Application may be modified by Licensor as required for compliance with Applicable Law or as mutually agreed by the parties hereto.

  • The contents of the file will include the PI/SC New Project Application, the {Name of Local VA Facility}’s LSI Application if applicable, VA Central IRB-approved consent form that will be used locally, other documents associated with the initial application, VA Central IRB final approval documents, {Name of Local VA Facility} R&D Committee approvals, local audits and monitoring reports, and all correspondence, amendments, continuing review reports and approvals, and any other pertinent documents.

  • The Club Affiliation Application shall contain information substantially similar to that contained in a New Project Application.

  • Licensee shall have a period of up to sixty (60) days (or longer, as reasonably required, based on the modification requested) after receipt of Licensor’s written response to the New Project Application to, at its option, modify the New Project Application in order to correct any noted deficiencies and provide additional information and documentation as part of its request for Licensor to reconsider the modified New Project Application.

  • If Master Licensee withdraws this New Project Application before Hyatt approves it, or if Hyatt does not approve this New Project Application in accordance with the terms of the Master License Agreement, Master Licensee’s application fee is not refundable, even if Master Licensee and the proposed Permitted Sublicensee do not sign a Sublicense Agreement.

  • The parties may continue to exchange written materials with respect to the proposed New Project until Licensor provides its final decision and its reasons for its final approval or rejection of the New Project Application, or Licensee withdraws its request for reconsideration for a rejected project.

  • Any reimbursement amounts paid by Licensee shall be credited to the New Project Application Fee paid in connection with such proposed New Project.

  • Hyatt shall not be deemed to have knowledge of any facts not contained in this New Project Application or in the attached documents.

  • Master Licensee represents and warrants that the information contained in this New Project Application (including the documents submitted with this New Project Application) is true, complete and current.

  • The written response shall either (i) approve the New Project Application, or (ii) reject the New Project Application and indicate therein whether the proposed project meets the requirements for such project to be developed as an Affiliated Unbranded Shared Ownership Project.
