New Recruit definition
New Recruit means each Recruited Individual who was hired by a Party after August 1, 2019. For the avoidance of doubt, a Sales Representative recruited by a New Recruit shall not be considered a New Recruit.
New Recruit means any person who has entered the industry for the first time and is in his first (6) six months of employment;

Nothing in this Amendment #1 will be construed to modify the provisions of the 2006 New Recruit Equity Incentive Plan (the “2006 Plan”) and your individual Option and/or Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement, which govern the Initial Grants.
