New Repriced Lender as defined in Section 2.22(c)(ii).
New Revolving Lender as defined in Section 2.24.
Refinancing Lender has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.23(c).
Refinancing Revolving Lender has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.26(a).
New Revolving Loan Lender shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(b).

Tranche B Lender means a Lender with a Tranche B Commitment or an outstanding Tranche B Term Loan.
U.S. Revolving Lender means a Lender with a U.S. Revolving Commitment or, if the U.S. Revolving Commitments have terminated or expired, a Lender with U.S. Revolving Exposure.
Purchasing Lender shall have the meaning set forth in Section 16.3(c) hereof.
Extending Lender shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(e).
New Revolving Commitments has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.04.
Refinancing Term Loan Commitments has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.26(a).
Additional Revolving Lender means any Lender with an Additional Revolving Credit Commitment or any Additional Revolving Credit Exposure.
Incremental Revolving Lender means a Lender with an Incremental Revolving Commitment.
New Revolving Loans as defined in Section 2.25.
New Revolving Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.14(a).
Tranche B Term Loan Lender each Lender that has a Tranche B Term Loan Commitment or is the holder of a Tranche B Term Loan.
Refinancing Revolving Commitments means one or more Classes of Revolving Loan commitments hereunder that result from a Refinancing Amendment.
