New Second Out Notes definition

New Second Out Notes means the New 2029 Second Out Notes and New 2030 Second Out Notes.
New Second Out Notes means each of (i) the Company’s 5.75% First Lien Notes due 2030 and (ii) the Company’s 6.50% cash & 5.00% PIK First Lien Notes due 2030, in each case, issued under the applicable New Second Out Notes Indenture on the Effective Date plus the amount of any PIK Interest issued thereon pursuant to the terms of the applicable New Second Out Notes Indenture as in effect on the Effective Date.
New Second Out Notes means (i) the 11.500% Senior Secured Second Out Notes due 2029, and (ii) the 10.875% Senior Secured Second Out Notes due 2030, in each case issued by the Issuer and guaranteed by the Guarantors pursuant to the respective indentures governing such notes dated as of the Closing Date.
