New Secured Notes Guarantees definition
New Secured Notes Guarantees means the guarantees of the obligations of the Issuers under the New Secured Notes and the New Secured Notes Indenture by the New Secured Notes Guarantors.
New Secured Notes Guarantees means the guaranty of Tricom’s obligations under the New Secured Notes and the New Secured Notes Indenture to be issued by Holding Company and each of its subsidiaries and, except as may otherwise be provided in the New Secured Notes Indenture, all direct and indirect subsidiaries, of Holding Company presently existing or formed or acquired after the issuance of the New Secured Notes, including, without limitation Tricom USA, TCN and Tricom Centroamerica, S.A., which guarantees will be included in, and form a part of, the New Secured Notes Indenture.
New Secured Notes Guarantees means the guarantees of the New Secured Notes by the Guarantors.
