NEW SERVICE definition

NEW SERVICE means a service, treatment, procedure, facility, equipment, drug, device, or supply we previously have not reviewed to determine if the service is eligible for coverage under this plan. NON-NETWORK PHARMACY is any pharmacy that has not entered into a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan.

NEW SERVICE means a service, treatment, procedure, facility, equipment, drug, device, or supply we previously have not reviewed to determine if the service is eligible for coverage under this plan.

NEW SERVICE means a Service other than an Existing Service.

More Definitions of NEW SERVICE

NEW SERVICE means a retail telecommunications service that is offered in Oregon for the first time following the effective date of this Price Plan. A service is not a new service if it merely renames, repackages, or is a variation of an existing service, or if it is reintroduced in substantially the same form after having been provided for free, withdrawn or abandoned.

NEW SERVICE means a service that (i) is distinguished from any existing service offered by the Utility by virtue of the technology employed; or (ii) includes features or functions not previously offered in any service configuration by the Utility.
