Purchaser will be deemed to have consented to any proposed New Service Agreement, New Lease or New Tract Improvements unless Seller receives written notice from Purchaser, specifically setting forth the areas of objection within three (3) business days following receipt by Purchaser of the proposed New Service Agreement, New Lease or New Tract Improvements.
Seller will not, without first obtaining Purchaser’s consent (not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed) enter into new service agreements or amend existing Service Agreements (“New Service Agreements”) unless the agreement is a New Service Agreement for usual and customary property management matters, which can be terminated at Closing.

Corp undertakes to procure that all members of the Senior Management Team execute the New Service Agreement Arrangements by the Posting Date, so that the waiver letters will be effective immediately before the Effective Date and their new terms and conditions of employment take effect on and from the Effective Date.
