Examples of New Software Releases in a sentence

  • During the term of this Agreement, COMPANY shall maintain the Software and Software Documentation, and shall provide SP, in object code form, with all software upgrades, improvements, revisions, bug fixes and error corrections ("New Software Releases"), and any relevant Software Documentation.

  • SP further agrees to promptly notify End-User customers of New Software Releases, and to assist End-User with the acquisition and installation of the same.
