New Subscription means a request for access to the Service by a person who does not have an active subscription to the Service at the time of making the request, regardless of whether or not that person has previously subscribed to the Service;

  • Subscription Term means the term of a Cloud Service subscription identified in the applicable Order Form, including all renewals.
