New Supplier definition

New Supplier means any person, firm, company or other entity which may on or following the whole or partial cessation or reduction of the Services or the expiry or termination of the Contract, be engaged by us to provide all or any part of the Services or all or any part of services which formerly comprised the Services;
New Supplier means any successor to Supplier or any of its subcontractors in the provision of any services hereunder or part of such services upon a Cessation of Service (as defined below), including (if applicable) Buyer or any Buyer Affiliate; and “Transfer Regulations” means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (as amended) or any other law implementing, in any jurisdiction in or from which any services are or were provided under this Order, the European Council Directive 2001/23/EC on the approximation of laws of European member states relating to the safeguarding of employees' rights in the event of transfers of undertakings, businesses or parts of undertakings or businesses.
New Supplier means a supplier to undertake services similar to the Services on termination of the appointment of the Supplier under this Agreement (whether in part or in whole), or expiry of the Agreement Period and, for the avoidance of doubt, can include the Client.

  • The indemnity in this Condition 14 shall not apply to any claim by any Personnel to transfer to the employment of SE or any New Supplier as contemplated by Condition 15.

More Definitions of New Supplier

New Supplier means any alternative supplier appointed by Forza to supply the Deliverables or any goods and/or services in replacement for all or part of the Deliverables;
