Third Party Supplier definition

Third Party Supplier means a third party manufacturer and/or licensor of Products.
Third Party Supplier means any third party providing a service, goods, lease or license under a Third Party Agreement;
Third Party Supplier means any seller of Crude Oil under a Procurement Contract including any counterparty to any exchange agreement that is a component of a Procurement Contract (other than XXXX, the Company or any other Affiliate of the Company).

More Definitions of Third Party Supplier

Third Party Supplier means any seller of Crude Oil under a Procurement Contract (other than the Company or any Affiliate of the Company).
Third Party Supplier means an electricity supplier that sells power to end-use customers delivered over the distribution facilities of the Commission-Regulated Electric Company. It does not include the Commission- Regulated Electric Company, Rural Electric Cooperatives or Municipal Electric Companies.
Third Party Supplier shall have the meaning provided in Section 4.6 of this Agreement.
Third Party Supplier means any vendor, supplier or licensor of software, services or products included in or offered in association with the Services, and any of its Affiliates.

Third Party Supplier means any person or entity other than a party to this Agreement, its Affiliates, and/or its respective employees from whom ZENECA purchases commercial quantities of Bulk Drug Substance.
Third Party Supplier means any third-party supplier that provides information and/or data to Graydon; “Third-Party Suppliers Data” means any data provided by a Third-Party Supplier.
