We (or a Third Party Supplier) may need access to your premises from time to time in connection with the provision and maintenance of the Service Equipment or a Service.
If you do not provide such access as we, or a relevant Third Party Supplier, reasonably require, we may limit, suspend, cancel or disconnect your Service.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Wifinity may pass through to the Customer additional Charges not otherwise set forth in the Order Form for such Service where the Third Party Supplier determines that it is necessary to extend the Service Demarcation Point or MPOE through the provision of additional infrastructure, cabling, electronics or other materials necessary to reach the Customer Premises.
Should the Vendor or the Third Party supplier require it then Calibre One will engage directly with the Vendor or the Third Party Supplier in relation to First Level Fault Finding on the Customer's behalf.
In the event the Client does not accept the terms of such Licence Agreements (whether directly contracted with the Supplier or the relevant Third Party Supplier), the Supplier reserves the right to suspend the provision of the Services until such time as the Client enters into such Licence Agreement.
