  • Scottish Water shall notify the CMA of the Connection Date for each New Connection within five (5) Business Days after the Connection Date where Scottish Water has undertaken the activity or eight (8) Business Days after the Connection Date where an Accredited Entity has undertaken the activity in accordance with CSD 0101 (Registration: New Connections & New Supply Points) and the CMA shall confirm the Connection Date to the Licensed Provider.
