New Supported Services Contract definition

New Supported Services Contract means contracts for the provision of Local Services in Wales by the Operator that were entered into after the Effective Date pursuant to: a) terms let by or on behalf of the Welsh Government pursuant to section 7 of the Transport (Wales) Xxx 0000; b) contract terms let by one or more local transport authority pursuant to section 63 of the Transport Xxx 0000 (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any de minimis contracts); or c) any other contract let by one or more local transport authorities in accordance with sections 89 – 92 of the Transport Xxx 0000;

  • Services Contract means an agreement for the provision of Services entered into with a Provider by one or more of the Partners in accordance with the relevant Individual Scheme. Service Users means those individual for whom the Partners have a responsibility to commission the Services. SOSH means the Secretary of State for Health.

Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Transitional Services means services involving technical or specialized knowledge required to complete a project or to provide temporary consulting services to the City.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.
