New Transaction Security Documents means any document entered into on or after the Signing Date and/or the Restructuring Effective Date creating or expressed to create or amend any Security in respect of the obligations owed to the Finance Parties under any of the Finance Documents or New Finance Documents.

  • Such agreements shall be reasonably acceptable to the Co-ordinator and to the relevant Lenders under the Existing Facility Agreements, with all obligations thereunder fully subordinated to the Existing Finance Documents, the New Transaction Security Documents and the debt under the Super Senior Facility and related documents.

  • Second Lien Security Documents means the “Security Documents”, as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement, and any other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted to secure any Second Lien Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to any such Lien are governed.

  • Foreign Security Documents means any agreement or instrument entered into by any Foreign Subsidiary Borrower that is reasonably requested by the Collateral Agent providing for a Lien over the assets (including shares of other Subsidiaries) of such Foreign Subsidiary Borrower.

  • ABL Security Documents means any agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted securing any ABL Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed.

  • Bridge Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Bridge Credit Agreement.
