Examples of New Users in a sentence

  • New Users who enter into an Operating Agreement and existing Users who have paid an Initial Payment of $200 per radio who wish to increase the number of radios in their existing service, shall pay an Initial Payment to the Authority, or its successors or assigns, from any source of legally available money, of Two Hundred Dollars ($200) per radio.

  • If the number of Activated New Users for a Quarter exceeds the Estimated Activated New Users, then the Referral Services Fee for such Quarter shall equal (i) the Baseline Referral Services Fee plus (ii) an amount equal to (A) the absolute value of (I) the Activated New Users for such period minus (II) the Estimated Activated New Users multiplied by (B) an amount that is mutually determined by eBay and PayPal (such amount for such Quarter, the “Activated New Users Adjustment Amount”).

  • In the event that the New User makes a Deposit (the "New User's Deposit"), FUMBI is entitled to provide the User with a reward according to the terms of this Agreement (the "Reward").

Related to New Users

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Service Users means each person who is referred or presents to the Provider as part of the provision of the Services;

  • system user means a natural or legal person supplying to, or being supplied by, a transmission or distribution system;

  • Network User means a customer or a potential customer of a transmission system operator, and transmission system operators themselves in so far as it is necessary for them to carry out their functions in relation to transmission;
